Where Maat is going

Maat plans the floor plan, water, electricity and internet of your renovation. This is what works today, what we are building and what we want to add. The order shows our priorities, not dates, and it can change.

Available now

• Floor plans: Rooms, walls, doors, windows and shafts on as many floors as you need.
• Water pipes: Fixtures, collectors, routed pipes, rainwater and a parts list.
• Home network: Routers, switches, access points and cables between floors, with used and free ports.
• Electrical circuits: Sockets, lights, push buttons, generated circuits and protection.
• Single-line diagram: Export the diagram and the circuit tables as a PDF.
• Trace over a drawing: Upload a floor plan image, set the scale and draw on top of it.

Building next

• Outdoor area: Plan the garden too: garden house, outdoor kitchen, pool, and outdoor sockets and lights wired to the board.
• Share a plan read-only: Send your electrician or plumber a link that shows the plan but cannot change it.
• Printable plan: A PDF of each floor with dimensions, rooms and symbols, ready for the site.

Ideas for later

• Heating layer: Radiators and underfloor heating with pipe lengths and manifolds.
• Ventilation layer: Ducts and vents for mechanical ventilation, with lengths and a parts list.
• Price comparison: See which shop is cheapest for every line of your parts list, with the price history.
• Budget per room: Turn the parts list and the prices into a cost estimate per layer and room.
